Vishwaniketan being a pioneer of Project Based Learning (PBL) and associated with 25 plus universities abroad is continuously working on providing a industry ready product through its initiatives like Skill Employment Enhancement Development ( SEED ) program, VAP ,Business modelling , and Design ThinkingRight from first the year the students are encouraged to participate in Business club activity. In second year weekly presentation sessions, technical training are conducted along with aptitude training of two days. Third year Group Discussion activities , aptitude training of 3 -4 days is a regular activity .Final year seven days rigorous training on Aptitude along with company specific technical and MOCK interviews are conducted.

New Era Of Practical Engineering ( NEPE ) is a Industry Institute Interaction through which we connect with the industry for internship, projects placements .Thirty plus projects are in progress so far in this academic year .Vishwaniketan is associated with COSMA , EEMA, TBiA industry associations for various activities mentioned above. Current industry projects are in progress with TATA Steel, Khopoli, Hindustan INOX, Hercules Hoist , Prabhat Global Coated Pvt ltd and many more lined up .
